Payment
Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay, and other major credit cards.
All amounts are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Companies that wish to pay using an EAN number or receive an invoice are asked to contact us by phone or email.
When paying by debit or credit card, the Payment Instruments Act applies. This means that, as a general rule, you are not liable for any unauthorized use of your debit or credit card online.
Transaction fees may be charged in accordance with the PSD2 Directive.
When you make a payment, your card information is automatically verified. If the information cannot be validated, you will receive an error message and have the option to correct it and try again.
The amount will be charged upon completion of the purchase.
Secure Payment
Payments are processed via a secure, encrypted connection approved by relevant payment providers. Your card details are handled securely and are not shared with Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet.

Delivery of tickets and gift cards
For online purchases:
Tickets and gift cards will be sent as a PDF to the email address you provided when placing your order.
You will receive an order confirmation and a ticket with a unique QR code, which must be presented upon arrival. The ticket can be printed or displayed on a mobile device.
If you don't receive your ticket, we recommend checking your spam folder.
When shopping at Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet
When purchasing tickets at the ticket counter or from ticket kiosks, physical tickets will be issued.
Annual Pass / Season Pass
Annual passes can be purchased online or at the ticket counter. Annual passes cannot be purchased from ticket machines or kiosks.
When you purchase tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. Upon arrival, please go to the ticket counter, where your QR code will be scanned and exchanged for a physical plastic card with your name on it.
The plastic card is then used to gain access to Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet.
Annual passes are personal and may not be transferred to others. In the event of misuse, the pass may be revoked.
Annual passes can be renewed at the ticket counter, where the existing plastic card is reused.
If your card is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee may be charged for reissuance or access.
Tickets
Tickets are valid for the date or period specified at the time of purchase. Once the ticket is scanned for the first time upon entry, it is considered used.
The ticket grants admission for a single visit and cannot be used for re-entry on the same day.
Once you leave Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet , your admission Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet , and the ticket cannot be used again.
Lost tickets will not be replaced. The QR code must be scannable upon entry.

Pursuant to Section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act, the purchase of tickets for recreational activities is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Validity
Tickets are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
For tickets purchased without a specific date (open-dated tickets), the ticket must be used within the specified validity period—for example, 3 months from the date of purchase—unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
When an open ticket is used for the first time at the turnstile, it is marked as used and is thereafter valid only for that day’s visit.
Unused tickets are non-refundable after the expiration date.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Changes to opening hours and activities
Oplevelsescenter Maskinrummet the right to change opening hours and the availability of exhibitions, activities, and facilities without compensation.
Please note that some exhibitions or activities may be temporarily unavailable.
Force Majeure
